Payment terms vary depending on job size. We are flexible with client's who prefer their own terms, as long as they're approved by management. We typically tale 30% -50% up front and the rest upon completion.

All our crews are in-house employees exclusive to Hardwood Plus. We don't use subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient project management.

We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on all our work. Additionally, the products we use are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.

Our crews typically begin work between 8:00 and 9:00 am and finish around 5:00 to 6:00 pm. However, these times may vary depending on the specific requirements of each project.
